Gulitti: PLLL Signs 3 Year Deal, Vrana Confirmed to be Czech-Bound
Gulitti has some Devils news and the first signing of the Devils' offseason! Restricted free agent and enforcer/energy left wing Pierre-Luc Latourneau-Leblond has been re-signed to a three year deal, averaging $525,000.
I think Mike Rupp's future in New Jersey just got bleaker.
Also, Lou confirmed that Vrana is indeed signing with the Czech league and he was...sympathetic. He even told Gulitti that the Devils does keep his rights and that it wouldn't be such a bad thing if Vrana went abroad. I have my doubts, but if Lou is betting on Vrana wanting a return trip to the NHL, well, I wouldn't be surprised if that happens a year or so from now.
