I suppose the fact that Gionta hasn’t been contacted by the team makes it likely Lou will not be looking to resign him, which isn’t particularly surprising.

Actually, I think that has to do with the fact that the salary cap hasn’t been announced yet. It’s hard to discuss salary without knowing how much room there is. It’s odd it’s taking this long, though.

Stop yelling. And seriously, your lack of grammar makes this a chore to read.

Honestly, I do not know off the top of my head who has been inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame as a GM nor exactly how many GMs are in the HHOF. There is a complete list of builders at the HHOF associated site, Legends of Hockey.

Thank you very much !! I will check out the sight ! I will take my time when I post or comment something. For that matter you don’t start a sentence with “and” like you just did. So let’s not get all goofy ! Why can’t I use Caps? It’s not like you can hear me ! ? ) Did you see why I said it would be good have Gionta back ? Do you think they should try & keep Brian ? My goal is not to make it a chore for you to read my post & comments. For now on.

I wouldn’t sign him. He will want 4 to 5 million. Use that money for a center or an offensive defenseman. Gio is going down in goals every season. I know we need a center for him but put Rolston on the line with Elias. It would be a smart move I think.

i know. Gionta goal’s gone down by 3 & 2 that’s nothing. Zach is top dog now. His assists have gone up by 11 & 20 so that says another thing. You can’t look that over. : ) I guess will find out 1st week or so of July.
