Send in Your Questions For Kevin Weekes!

                                                             250px-kevinweekes_medium

Hey folks.  As you know, my usual gig is as the editor of Puck the Media, a blog that discusses issues regarding the NHL on TV.  Well, on Friday I'll be speaking to new CBC/NHL Network analyst and former New Jersey Devils goaltender Kevin Weekes.

Most of the questions are going to be on his new job.  But perhaps if you guys send in some good questions regarding his time in the NHL, specifically the Devils, we could throw some of the answers up here.

Leave any questions for Kevin Weekes in the comments.

A few questions I have for Mr. Weekes

Readers, take advantage of this opportunity to ask Weekes a question. Big thanks to Steve for providing this to begin with.

1. Given that you were mainly the backup for Martin Brodeur for 2 seasons and saw limited action, how did you stay prepared for action on a day to day basis?

2. Having been there for his first and last season as coach of the Devils, what was the general team feeling about Brent Sutter being behind the bench?

3. While you are entering the realm of broadcasting, do you have any plans to return to the game in the future? If so, would you consider a return to New Jersey?

Kevin, good luck in your new career we will all miss your personna and enthusiasm on the bench for the Devils. What was your most memorable moment in your 2 years in a Devils uniform?

Ask him what was the funniest thing he ever heard or saw during a game.

Wish him well for me, first of all.

then, please ask him:

were any offers to get back between the pipes?

How much did last year’s season-ending injury factor into his plans to retire?
