Of course the players love it.

But after two, three, 82 games, it gets tiring and takes its toll on players.

well, right – that’s why you dress 4 lines. I just like that he acknowledged that dressing a short roster, at least for a couple of games, isn’t the end of the world – in fact, the players might like it!

I’ll bet Rod Pelley loves it. Five minutes and change in the season opener, roughly 8-9 minutes a game last season…. and he played 18:05 on Monday and 14:40 tonight. For a guy like him who doesn’t get a lot of playing time, I’ll bet he’s having the time of his life right now.
