October 23: Hockey Fights Cancer Night at the Rock
The New Jersey Devils wanted me to pass along the news that this Saturday's game against Buffalo will be Hockey Fights Cancer Night at the Rock. The link has the details, but here are the highlights:
The Devils along with the NHL will provide $10,000 to the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center Foundation
They are running the Mystery Puck promotion again. It starts at 5:30, with the proceeds going to charity. Pucks are limited to one a person, they are with $20, and each puck will be autographed by a random Devil.
If you miss out on the pucks but want to contribute, you can make a cash donation at the door. You'll not just be enjoying Devils hockey on Saturday, but you can do some good too.
