Ok folks, it that time of year again... and I hope you are as excited about this year as I am...
Anyway I've put my predictions together for another regular season, We'll see how I do by next April/May.

1.Washington - Too much offence to worry
2.Pittsburgh - Gino and Sid just top Atlantic
3.Montreal - Top a tight NW Division with Price having a breakout season
4.New Jersey - Marty, Zack, and Kovy lead the way
5.Boston - Rask backstops excellent season
6.Philadelphia - Good season with serious Goaltending issues.
7.Ottawa - Surprise package in the East
8.Tampa Bay - Team starts to gel and get some goaltending

9.Atlanta - Young team just runs out of steam to make post-season
10.Buffalo - Not enough goals Miller can only do so much
11.Carolina - Ward and Stall alone can't carry this team
12.NY Rangers - Too many questions, Gaborik hurt, no offence
13.Toronto - Steady Improvement, a team on the up but still poor
14.Florida - Vokoun leaves to Philly, wholesale changes
15.NY Islanders - When it rains it pours

----------
1.Vancouver - Sedins and Luongo not as dominant but still top of West
2.San Jose - Strong regular season again, Thornton to Heatley, repeat.
3.Chicago - Still strong core, but not as good as last year
4.Detroit - Never out of the shake-up, just miss Central title
5.Calgary - Finally gets it together, although Iginla has poor season
6.Los Angeles - reloading for another season, slight decline
7.St. Louis - Halak keeps form going, surprise team in West
8.Pheonix - Not enough offence but no questions defensively

9.Colorado - Just misses out due to Anderson cooling from last year
10.Nashville - Rebuiding team lost too much of core
11.Anaheim - Ryan has big season, but aging team struggles
12.Columbus - Nash and Mason bright lights, still no offence
13.Minnesota - Average team, poor season ahead
14.Dallas - Team on the decline, changes needed
15.Edmonton - Slight Improvement, building
