There seems to be a couple of points brought up in this meeting. The overriding theme, however, was the consistent use of the word “team” by every player interviewed and the necessity to work not as individuals but as a group collectively. From what I’ve seen throughout the last two months, the lack of a team focus has certainly been a big problem for everyone. A good group is better than the sum of it’s parts; thats the ideology of all good teams that have ever won the stanley cup.
