Pando to have Surgery; Didn't waive NTC ....yet?

From Rich Chere: Pando is going under the knife for his shoulder that he injured back in October. Does this explain his less than mediocre season? He also had his annual meeting with Lou, and didn't waive his NTC. The last paragraph of the article I feel is interesting. Editor's Note & Update: Tom Gulitti asked Bill Daly whether Pandolfo's surgery would affect a buyout. The answer: Yes. Injured players can't be bought out.'' Looks like Pandolfo being bought out isn't a likely option when the window opens then.
