Normally, the Devils hold their equipment sale during a draft party. Since the Devils don't have a first round pick, there's no reason to hold a draft party. However, the sale is popular enough to warrant a day of it's own.

So come on out and get some Devils (NJ, Lowell, Trenton, etc.) gear. It's free for general admission, but if you want to get in early and get some stuff, it'll cost you $20 - only 200 will be able to pay for this "VIP" treatment.
