I think the writing is excellent - it's clear his conclusion was well-supported and fair. What's interesting to me as a Devils fan is that in addition to finding the Eagles did not violate Article VIII in the NFL CBA, Bloch found that there was nothing in the document that prohibited a coach from making non-disciplinary personnel decisions.
