Today we Remember and Never Forget 9/11
Today we forget about hockey and remember 9/11.
We remember all those innocent lives that were lost 9 years ago today. Trade rumors, training camp, etc go out the door today to remember 9/11. Today we remember all the people lost in the World Trade Center, The Pentagon, and in the field of Pennsylvania. For all those people out there and on ILWT who have lost somebody, my wishes go out to all the families. We will never forget.
God Bless America and to the troops around the world.

Well said. This anniversary reminds you that this is not a horror movie, this really happened in some of our backyards practically. I personally was about eleven miles away from ground zero this time nine years ago.
Also, I wouldn’t expect any news out of Lou’s camp anyway today or tomorrow, or even next week. He’ll wait.

Probably. Lou waited after the Probert death, I wouldn’t expect it to come soon.

I know this is a little different, but he was in no rush to trade Malakhov.
NOW, remember the league ‘warning’ the Devils not to scramble to clear cap as they did then? Does anyone think Bettman is thinking about that now?

May the men, women, and children that passed away rest in peace. Thank you to all the first responders and every single emergency personnel that helped in some way, saving lives, giving closure, and risking their own lives to do it.
Every single time I look at the skyline, I look for the absent towers. Never forget.

John got one up too on the front page. Even then, two tributes are better than one :D
