Devils 2010 third round draft pick Scott Wedgewood was at the 2010 Bandits Pro Elite Camp, and someone put together this video of his work. It's good to see what his technique at least looks like. I found the video through this post at the Devils' HF Forum.

Very Nice

Him and Frazee will have some competition.

Mathew Barnaby to Lyle Odelein: "Cornelius, as we like to call him, gets under your skin. Planet of the Apes. Look at him. Seriously. He looks like Cornelious."

Odelein to Barnaby: "He should take a look at his wife. She's God-awful to look at."

i think he already looks better than frazee…..just something about frazee is bugging me i just cant see him ever becoming devis starter after the brody era…ive seen too many videos of frazee and he just looks too weak.

also, he was drafted 5 years ago and he hasnt been able to get the backup job for brodeur AND he had an off-year last year so it isnt helping at all…i just cant see frazee being the goalie of our future

Season ticket holders were invited to meet the players and then watch a Lowell Devils vs Hartford Wolf Pack (Rangers affiliate) game. Frazee wasn’t that impressive. I think if Wedgewood plays like that he will easily get the job. But where does Clermont fit in this? And will Frazee get traded?

yeah i think he’ll be traded or just not renewed a new contract…but i think we should trade for one that’ll come in after brodeur retires cause im going on now thinking frazee was a bust…but like mentioned a time before carey prices new contract expires in 2 years and he might need a new environment to rejuvenate his career…lets go get him

How? This is video from a goalie school doing drills. Frazee’s playing pro hockey. They aren’t remotely comparable right now.

Frazee suffered a skate cut to his throat last season, which nearly ended his career much less miss a good chunk of the AHL season.

I hope to see him in the pre-season.

I'm sorry but I just had to ask,

but where will he be playing to start the preseason? Or do we even know the answer to that question already?

He's playing for the Plymouth Whalers of the OHL

He played his first two pre-season games already against the Windsor Spitfires-

Played first half of the first game allowing no goals. (The teams tied 2-2.)

Played the second half of the second game allowing 2 goals on 10 shot. (Spitfires won 6-2.)
