Interesting Parise Interview

Zach Parise

Star-divide

The NHL Overtime on Versus did an interview with Zach Parise.

The interview covered topics, ranging from the emergence of Adam Henrique to the coaching style of headcoach Peter Deboer.

The interview ended on a rather interesting note. Craig Patrick asked Parise, "Does the Devils giving you the 'C', sway you to return with them?" Parise kept on saying over and over, "I want to stay here...we're working on a deal"

Then the two analysts, Eddie O and someother guy - don't know his name - argued over the topic of Parise resigning. Eddie O said a deal will be eminent while the other guy said it won't happen.

I know this topic of Parise is never ending..

I saw the interview as well. Zach used the phrase “we’re working on it” around 5-6 times.

I have no idea.

But, I wish I could vote Lou will get a deal done.

To be honest, I see the main problem as the Minnesota Wild. I would understand if Parise wanted to go home to play. I don’t know what he thinks of New Jersey as a place to live.

But ultimately, Parise wants to win the Cup. If $40 mil and Cup chances here are better than $50 mil and less of a chance elsewhere, then he’d probably take $40 to stay. Right?
