LeBrun is no sage, but at least he attempts to be informed on matters of Devils and gives credit where it is due.

Does anyone else worry that Larsson might be distracted tonight by the passing of his grandmother?
I realize dealing with adversity like this is part of the growing process, but he’s 30 games into his career playing heavy minutes. Would it be a smart strategic gesture of PDB to possibly shave down his TOI tonight unless totally necessary?

He did want to play in this game knowing its a big rivalry match (and the 1st match of the season). I wouldn’t worry.

Besides, his grandmother did pass three weeks ago, so the wound isn’t terribly fresh.
