I remember I liked Taormina before the injury last year. Maybe he can do something on our power play.

I doubt that Taormina will replace either Fayne or Larsson as the defender on the PP. The only way to do something about our PP is to teach Kovalchuk how to not cough the puck up on the blue line. Or in the neutral zone. Or anywhere on the ice really would be nice please okay thanks bye.

There’s no probably about it. The Devils are worst in the league on net power play percentage (PPG – SHGA) / PP at 5%. Fortunately 29th place is in a Newark hotel room somewhere tonight for tomorrow afternoon’s game with 7%.

Fortunately, they’re well ensconced in the lead on net PK percentage (Kills + SHG ) / PK at, wait for it…. 99%. Yes, the Devils have fallen further behind only once overall in 101 times shorthanded.
