Sadly, not entirely true.

They were 3-8-1 in the 12 games he played, for a win percentage of 25%; getting 7 of a possible 24 points (29%). In the 21 games following in which JMac was still the coach the team went 6-14-1, for a win percentage of 28.5%; getting 13 of a possible 42 points (31%).

They scored 1.67 goals per game while Zach was in the lineup, but were not shutout; whereas afterward they scored 1.86 goals per game but were shutout four times.
