Last night, the Tampa Bay Lightning completed their sweep of the Washington Capitals. Now that the series is over, many questions have been raised throughout the hockey world regarding Capitals Head Coach Bruce Boudreau's job security. I believe he will not be fired, as he has navigated the Caps to the Eastern Conference's top seed the past two years and has instilled a new defensive philosophy within the team. Caps GM George McPhee says he expects Boudreau to return next season; however, because he has not been able to advance past the second round with the team, he is thought to be on the hot seat.
If he is indeed fired, I believe the Devils should look into hiring him.
Do you think there is a better candidate besides Boudreau?
