There has been a rumor that we have closed or fired vendors from the "Taste of Newark" section in our arena, this is absolutely not true. We have had 8-10 subcontractors in the Prudential Center since it opened and vendors may change from year-to-year due to contract expiration, product mix or other reasons, but we have a firm commitment to having local flavor in The Rock and will again have 8-10 subcontractors in the facility for the coming season. Look for new and improved product lines this coming season with new vendors!
