I think it’s adorable that the Arctic Ice Hockey folks go on and on about how brutal it is to play 3 in 4, 2 in 2, travel through customs in the early morning, brutal third pair on D, blah blah blah and then predict a 2-1 win when the Devs won the last meeting and are on several full days rest. I mean, I know you kinda hafta pick your team to win, but c’mon now, at least say something positive about your club to back up the prediction.

In my mind, there’s only one question…do the Devs come out flat and have to fight their way back, or do they come full force all game? Rest is nice, but I hate long breaks.

It’s only been two days off, and they probably needed the rest after the Western Canada trip. Hopefully the building is full and has some energy with Patty getting honored and all of the promotions they have going on, but a Tuesday versus a Canadian team is always a difficult draw for us.
