Gotta say I liked the article about Brodeur. It mostly echos my sentiments, other than I dont strongly agree that has the the right to hold the organization hostage. I see where he is coming from, but still. Its supposed to be about the team.

This, 100%. I love Marty and the Moose, but I would really love Kinkaid and Wedgewood to step in within the next 2-3 years.

Interesting bit from HP
The lack of goaltending prospects is not an error or an attempt to make a skaters-only rankings. I do not believe from a pure value standpoint, that any current goalie prospect belongs on this list. Research has shown goaltending has very low value in the current NHL marketplace due to very volatile performances on a year-to-year basis and the fact good goaltending is easily obtainable in the open market.
I agree with Pronman. Who would’ve had the worst goalie in the league last year outperforming the majority of NHL goalies?

Jon Merril
in a game played at Progressive Field against Ohio State on Sunday, made an absolutely sick pass to spring a fellow Wolverine on a breakaway. The guy was stopped on a backhand but the pass was very impressive
Ilya Kovalchuk is good at hockey
Dear James Dolan;
Please keep talking, it will make life much better when the Rangers hit a reef and capsize.
