In a surprising move (to me at least) the Albany Devils have signed Devils 2011 4th round pick Reid Boucher to an ATO. Boucher is allowed to sign with the AHL club since the Devils have his rights and his CHL team (Sarnia Sting) are eliminated from contention. Technically he would also be allowed to play in the AHL since he went into the 2011 draft as a USHL bound player and the CHL/AHL agreement wouldn't be applicable.
