Caps or Panthers?

Though it's been assumed for a while that the Devils are gong to play the Florida Panthers, the Washington Capitals have come back into the race. If they end up tied in points, I believe Washington has the tiebreaker. So, who would you rather see the Devils play and why?

The Devils are 2-2 against Florida this year. At 37-26-18, they have been a pretty solid team all year, though they're limping to the barn with a 2-3-5 record over their last ten games. Their most productive player has been Tomas Fleischmann, who has 27 goals and 34 assists after playing in all 81 games.

The Devils are 3-1 against the Caps this year, with the last meeting being a 5-0 victory on March 2nd. The Capitals have wildly underperformed this year, but have still clinched a spot in the postseason. Their best player, Alexander Ovechkin (of course), has also not been at his best this season with only 64 points. The Caps have been pretty good as of late, with a 5-3-2 in their last 10.

The Devils can beat both of these teams in a 7-game series, no doubt. But who would you rather see the Devils face and why?
