The Devils facebook page posted that there would be a "Devils Army" airplane flying around the East River up to the GW Bridge today from 1pm-2pm and tomorrow around 11am. Well I live very close to the GW, and was in the observation room in my building and didn't see any airplane. Did anyone see it, and if so did you get a picture?
