In his final '30 Thoughts' of the season, Elliotte Friedman breaks down the Parise/Suter signing. There are some interesting bits in there but the two that really stood out to me were the confirmation that Zach couldn't bring himself to go to another Eastern Conference team and play against the Devils and the fact that Detroit could have signed Suter if it weren't for Zach taking over the negotiations.
