Stefan Matteau- In last week`s edition, the only point I brought up was how Matteau would benefit from returning to the Q. He responded with a 2 goal game for the Armada. While it`s only one game, it`s still good to see that Junior knows how to respond.

Individual Notes
Reid Boucher- A lot of us were wondering how Boucher would fare without Alex Galchenyuk around. He did fine without Sarnia`s captain, scoring the game winner against Brampton and assisting on a goal.
Ben Johnson- Slowly but steadily, Johnson`s beginning to put up more and more points. Of course, Windsor not being good doesn`t help, but at least he`s progressing.

Individual Notes
Graham Black- An interesting tidbit about Black- he hasn`t taken a penalty in 17 straight games. He has 12 total PIMs on the season, which means he`s able to be effective without hampering his team.
Reece Scarlett- The Reece Scarlett we all know and love seems to be back- he`s got 7 points in December, a big improvement from the 3 points he put up in November.
Damon Severson- Talk about an offensive explosion- Severson went from ice cold to red hot. He added another 4 assists in the final week of December, bringing his December point totals to 16 points (2G 14 A) in 11 games. Not bad.
