Time to make some adjustments

I'm in my late 20s, a NJ native, and have been a Devils fan since I can remember. I pride myself in supporting and defending my team whenever possible, but I have to voice my concerns and dissent with this team. Here are the clear issues that need to be resolved: 1) Defense Defense Defense! Back when we used to win cups, we had atleast arguably two top 10 defensemen in our line-up. Today, we have a plethora of OKAY defensemen but no top D-men. In my opinion Zidlicky and Greene are the best and should stay. Larson has taken too long to develop and is a mediocre talent, Salvador had a good playoff run 2 years ago, but is too slow. Volchenkov is not a good skater and just too unstable on the ice. Harrold and Fayne are uuuugh, just get rid of them. We need more Eric Gelenas, a big body, hard shot, and strong potential. We can't waste more time on developing the rest of these guys because they have gotten their chance and proved that they will never be great. 2) Unproductive overpaid players! let me clear my throat for this…. Travis Zajac!! What a waste of a contract (Lou this is on you buddy). Zajac should be a third line center, he is a good skater and good at faceoffs but HE CANNOT PUT THE PUCK IN THE NET!!! He is like the ANTI CLUTCH. He is a great 3-line checking forward similar to Johnny Madden, but why are we paying $6mil/ year....Zubrus is also a big waste of talent. He's good in the trenches, but we don't need that. We already have a solid 3rd line with gionta, carter, and bernier.. . The only devils forwards that should be exempt from trading are Elias, Henrique, Jagr, Bernier, Carter, and Gionta...everyone else can be trade bait. 3) Goalie issues!! Okay it's clear to me that Marty despite his age is still BETTER that Schneider. Let him play and let him play for another season if he wants. Schneider has not proven himself and can sit until Marty is ready to move on. . . ALthough I supported Lou in this trade for Corey, I have my concerns now and don't see Corey as our franchise goalie. In my opinion the goalie with the best fit for NJ after Marty leaves would be BEN BISHOP of Tampa Bay. I was hoping that LOU stole him from the Sens last year after seeing his performance against the Devils vs Sens in a game last year (He was a stud in the shootout). What I like about Bishop is his size and puck possession. He has a big body and similar puck play to that of Marty. I believe he is 8-2 with Tampa this year, quite impressive and great potential for improving. Suggestions: Trade 1: Volchenkov, Fayne and Larrson and 2 round pick 2014 for a top D-men such as Drew Doughty. Trade 2: Harrold and 2 Rd pick 2015 for offensive D-men such as Mike Del Zotto. Trade 3: Zajac and Zubrus for high potential, currently underproductive scoring forward such as Claude Giroux. Trade 4: Salvador, 3rd round 2014 pick and conditional pick for D-man Brian Campbell. Trade 5: Corey Schneider for Ben Bishop and 2nd Rd 2014 pick. Thoughts????..............
