One word that is coming to mind as I watch the devils in these games is confidence. The team is looking confident, and that is making me confident.

Like many devils fans, I was very nervous at the onset of the seasons, given the loss of "he who must not be named" and Ponikarovsky, and the older Marty Brodeur. And while I know it is still early, I am so proud of this team and really hopefully. I think, yet again, the devils will prove the NHL community wrong. I see the depth the devils have, with guys like Butler, Matteau, CBGB, Henrique and the like, and I truthfully believe that the devils are a scary team to play now. (Not to mention the goalie tandem, the oldest in the league, yet the best in the league)! I really hope they keep this up, because this team can be something special. I hope the rest of you devils fans are just as confident as I am.
