Tom Gulitti and Rich Chere reported that Zach Parise said he suffered his "lower body injury" first in August. This post is a reaction, more of a rant, of how stupid it was for Parise and Devils to decide to play through the pain.

Mark Fraser was announced to be out for 4 to 6 weeks with a fractured hand. Given the New Jersey Devils' call ups today, I explain how Matthew Corrente has an opportunity to make his case to stay in New Jersey - just like Fraser did last season.
