Patrik Elias led the New Jersey Devils in assists and was seventh in the NHL in the 2011-12 regular season. This post focuses on the 35 primary assists he had last season, how they were made, and who scored off of them.

After reviewing all of the secondary assists by Ilya Kovalchuk, this post reviews the 31 primary assists he earned with the New Jersey Devils in the 2011-12 regular season and 2012 playoffs. Most of them were legitimate assists.

In 2011-12, Ilya Kovalchuk had 46 regular season assists and 9 in the playoffs. In this post, I reviewed all of the secondary assists he earned last season and found that only a few were not from passes.

Ilya Kovalchuk scored 37 goals for the New Jersey Devils in the 2011-12 regular season and eight more in the 2012 playoffs. This is the fourth and final part of a review of all of those goals featuring his eight playoff goals.

As the New Jersey Devils prepare for Game 5 against the Los Angeles Kings in the 2012 Stanley Cup Finals, I take a look at how the Devils players have done in getting shots on net and shots through towards the net in the playoffs compared to the regular season.

Anton Volchenkov has been the worst player in the 2012 NHL playoffs for the New Jersey Devils. In this post, I note his fall as he went from a big contract to not playing big minutes in two seasons with the Devils to his currently horrible playoff performance.
