In Lou We Trust, a New Jersey Devils community

Given the big ratings that the Olympic hockey tournament earned, especially the gold medal USA-Canada final, the time is right for hockey fans to convince others to go check out the NHL. Rather than complain about how it won't work, this post serves as a simple "call to arms" to just encourage people to check out the NHL.

As a matter of business, the NHL will continue to chase the casual fan and mainstream acceptance. Thankfully, though, hard-core hockey fans no longer depend on any of that to get their fix.
