The Devils’ non-Olympians resume practice at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Prudential Center and the hope is that defenseman Paul Martin and right wing David Clarkson will be able to participate. "We’re waiting for the doctors’ OKs," Devils general manager Lou Lamoriello told me this morning.

Tom Gulitti reports that not only will the New Jersey Devils practice tomorrow for the first time in weeks, but Paul Martin and David Clarkson might be involved too. Clarkson AND Martin? "I'm getting back in the swing of things. It's a matter of a week of a week or maybe more, 10 days, that I'll probably back and I just want to get back in the rhythm also."

One of the many great quotes from Martin Brodeur in Gulitti's un-cut interview with the legendary goalkeeper. This one is about when Brodeur thinks he'll be ready to play in a game. It's a must-read.
