On Friday, it was reported that Steve Cangialosi is expected to be Doc Emrick's replacement as play-by-play caller for New Jersey Devils games. While fans aren't happy with his style, I explain why I think he's a good choice as a replacement.
Dr. Mike Emrick, more known as Doc, will no longer be doing play-by-play for the Devils as he will now exclusively stay with NBC and VERSUS. In response to the news, I have written this long thank you and summation of Doc's importance to Devil fans.
